What advice can you give to people looking for a new job?
Its so important to have confidence in in yourself, think about what you bring, understand the real you and know that someone is looking for what you offer. Work with the right recruiter, as they’ll be able to help you see what’s great about you and encourage you to promote it. Their knowledge of you and their clients will help you to secure just the right role.
What do you think is the future of recruitment?
I think the industry will continue to become more and more consultative, quality of service, knowledge and ability to build relationships really matter.
