“How do you feel about me using binoculars to see what my staff are doing?” (and demonstrates by getting out her binoculars)
“If you were a tree, what tree would you be? I think I am a Silver Birch tree, strong, with a hint of silver and grey”
“How do you feel about Spiders? We have a lot in the office”
“Instead of selling me a pen or computer, I want you to sell me to a potential client”
“Give me an example in your previous role when you didn’t do what was asked of you”
“Where do you see yourself next week and next year” (Answer: “Sitting at my desk here, and sitting here next year discussing my pay rise due to performance”)
