We’re growing. After returning from maternity leave in June last year focused on getting things back on track at Curteis Webb we’re kicking the new year off with a new starter. Tim joins as Business Manager with a background in HR, specifically Learning and Talent Development.
What’s that I hear you say, he’s a “Curteis too”? Yeah that’s right, lucky for Tim he’s my husband. Figured I’ve trusted him to share a life, home and kids so might as well go all in with the business too. It means lots of good things for Curteis Webb, the first step in our growth, in freeing up my time so we can expand, take on new clients, work with some new faces and just continue doing what we do so well.
Our aim for the business is to continue our human approach to recruitment, help people find the right job and guide them through their recruitment journey. We’re on hand to help organisations across Kent and the South East find the right people in their Marketing, Creative, Digital and Comms teams. We’re offering insight into the market, talking about hot topics, things businesses should be considering to help them attract the right people and retain the talent they’ve got. Its big picture recruitment and we’re here to help.
